Public Notice of the Issue of 2025 Property Tax Bills

The Inland Revenue Department takes this opportunity to advise Property Owners and Agents that the 2025 Property Tax Bills were issued on Monday 07ᵗʰ July 2025. These taxes become due and payable on Friday 05ᵗʰ September 2025.
Please note that where bills were not received, Property Owners and Agents should contact Inland Revenue Department personnel for advice on the tax status of their Property.
Remember that when you pay your Property Tax on time, that is, before 05ᵗʰ September, 2025 you will receive a five percent (5%) discount. Therefore, pay early to save.
