Notice on Overdue Arrears from the Comptroller of Inland Revenue - November 02, 2026

The Montserrat Customs and Revenue Service (MCRS) through the Inland Revenue Division hereby advises the public that a number of properties remain in arrears for unpaid Property Tax.

Owners whose properties are listed are advised to contact the Inland Revenue Division of the MCRS as soon as possible to make payment arrangements and bring their Property Tax accounts into good standing. Be advised that, properties remaining in arrears and for which satisfactory arrangements have not been made may be subject to recovery proceedings. In accordance with Section 53 of the Property Tax Act, the Government of Montserrat intends to offer such properties for sale by public auction in March 2027 for the purpose of recovering outstanding Property Tax liabilities.
