Updated List of Properties in Arrears as of 31/01/2025

It is notified for general information that the following list of hereditaments on which Property Tax are due and payable are in arrears for more than three years. This list shows the remaining properties as at 31st January, 2025 that are still in arrears from the original publication that was done and published in the Gazette dated 20th March, 2024, 26th June, 2024 and 31st July, 2024 in accordance with sections 59 and 61 of the Property Tax Act.
Take note therefore that if the amounts in arrears on these listed properties are not settled in full before the Property Auction Date to be announced in short order, they will be so liable to be sold by Public Auction in accordance with the provisions in the Property Tax Act.
Property owners, their agents, or representatives are asked to take note and be guided accordingly.
